Chris Campo
Chris Campo is an American who attended Portland State University for a Bachelor’s of Arts in Applied Linguistics with a focus on African languages, especially Swahili, in hopes to help preserve the often lost and under-documented languages. After the diploma, he spent some time in central Kenya where he was to practice his linguistic compentecies, but instead found himself working to improve the educational conditions in the public schools. . He has a vigor for teaching and humanitarian causes as he has travelled to east Africa helping the schools and communities better their educational opportunities.
